The architect is never at rest and keeps on building or thinking about new inventions and product development. They have to meet up with the client, prepare a plan and estimate the approximate cost. - Developing and leading the whole project from the first step and made it cross the design development phase.
- Designing and development of the commercial documents. Then, building up the project on an industrial level.
- Getting in touch with the client to understand their requirements.
- Coordinating with the whole team to complete the architectural studies on preliminary phase. Then making alterations and coming up with a new structure in the plan.
- Managing and organising up the document for the permit.
- Working up in a team and coordinating with everyone to check on the plan.
These help in ensuring that the plan is going on in the right phase. However, in order to do so, there is the requirement of a specific degree that helps the architect.
- Bachelor of Architecture plan for 5-year – This is the first level of architecture program where a student who just completed their schooling starts their studies. The students don’t have any knowledge about architecture or its planning.
- Master of Architecture plan for 2-year – The master degree is the next level of Arch program. It takes a student one step further with more depth knowledge about the program.
There is another degree of masters that goes for approximately 3 to 4 years. In this degree, a student’s learns about the other areas as well that are related to architecture. However, the architecture colleges in Delhi NCR usually go for the BArch and MArch degree only.
